Membership

On your profile page, click the barcode icon  on the top left corner. Show the displayed QR code to be scanned by cashier.

Or you can simply tell cashier your valid phone number.

Cashier may take picture of your transaction invoice. Your membership point will be calculated based on your transaction amount following by conversion rule set by Merchant (Business).

On your profile page, click the burger bar . Then select “Membership” from the displayed menu.

 

Then select one of your membership card. After that select the merchandise which you want to redeem.

Another method, you can go to Merchant (Business) profile page and select the merchandise from “Merchandise” tab.

 

Make sure you have enough points, read the Terms & Condition and eligible outlets. Once you are at the eligible Merchant (Business) outlet, click on the “Show redemption QR”. A QR code will be displayed and to be scanned by the Cashier.

Your membership point will be deducted and your selected merchandise will be given to you by Cashier.

Another method, you can go to Merchant (Business) profile page and select the merchandise from “Merchandise” tab.

 

Make sure you have enough points, read the Terms & Condition and select pickup outlet from list of eligible outlets. Your membership point will be deducted and your will be notified once the merchandise are ready to be picked up.

Upon pickup the merchandise, make sure to show your “Pickup QR Code” to the Cashier at your selected pickup outlet. This QR code is accessible from Membership page – History . Then click on “Ready pickup” tab and click the transaction. Scroll down on transaction details page and click “Pickup QR Code” button.
